I thought I read something as well about a person's right to anonymity online, some time in the past 4 years? I wonder if I can find that again.... and if so, might there be some way in which these two laws conflict....?
I find myself agreeing with both points.... a person SHOULD have the right to maintain some anonymity in order to prevent psychos from stalking them etc.... but at the same time I agree that people who peddle content need to keep legal accurate release records and be able to prove it at all times.
It's a catch-22 situation we have here.
