Yes, there are many possibilities to make this profitable. Obviously most implementations would be in the livecams business.

Start with regions that have a lot of phonepayments for livecams like belgium, the netherlands, germany, uk... Since dialers have to keep their phoneline open to stay connected you might as well use phone2web to give them the possibility to voice-chat with the models with the phone connection that they have to keep open anyway.
Whom? If I was you I would try to make a deal with dreamnex. Since that french company bought the biggest european livecam company called enjoy. Enjoy is run from Leuven/Belgium. The guy you need to get a hold of is "Joeri De Leener", one of the 4 founders of Enjoy. Joeri also still has a management position for the livecams division in Dreamnex. Where? A lot of European users are already used to paying for porn with their phones. Thus Europe is the perfect place to start.
How? You do need some kind of demo to show them. I can help with that since I have some camsites ( american market ) so I can put up a demo site or something just for demonstration purposes.
I truly believe you may be on to something that could work here.
