youve obviously never been to court regarding libel or slander. A friend of mine had a similar non-compliance list regarding a totally different subject matter and was sued. My friend won but it was a pain in the ass.
Some of the companies listed arent american and dont have to adhere to american laws. That list can be misconstrued which then can give way to libel.
regarding america you can sue over spilled milk.
I do believe most reputable forgeign Content companies as well as American ones have model records on file, (what western country wouldnt have a law like that?) as most ive visited from that list have it in their licensing contracts but not veiwable on the site itself.
bottom line is: have your ass covered.
