Place a copyright logo on your content with your company name and or url. Register your images with the US copyright office as well.
Kepp track as best you can through records of who you license your content to and what urls they will be using it on.

I have been considering sending files to the US Copyright office quarterly for all my webpages and images. Anyone know a super-snazzy way to do this electronicly without a patent attorney?
