I don't know if you feel like spending time and money on this, but could be a case for an industry attorney like PornLaw. If you can prove it, the penalties for someone else using your copyrighted images are substantial. Their claim that the photos were user submitted is almost transparent nonsense. Maybe a good attorney can find a way to prove that by direct evidence or by inference.
