Download photoscape (google it).
Pick the batch edit.
Throw in all your thumbs you want dreamy and lightend etc (i know what you mean btw).
Edit them with the sliders.
The good thing about this piece of software is, you can just slide buttons left and right. To blurr edges, highlight parts, darken other areas. And you will see how it looks right away. REALLY easy!
