Person visits a teen porn site, and only clicks one of your banners and backs out back to search. If that person clicks through again to that one sponsor he is your sale.
Person visits a teen porn site dumping cookies, clicks one of the banners and backs out. He has been stuffed with every cookie from every teen paysite. He backs out, and joins any other paysite in the serps, the cookier gets paid for that join to any site, because he has cookied them as a referer.
It's very easy to patrol against this on a paysite level, almost all those sales will come no-refer or from pages without the link on them.
I don't think hiding or deleting any of these threads will help much, its an old tactic with many ways to combat against.
