This is called 'NETWORKING' - its very good for business.

As for the bulk email, I agree with ya'all there ... I just found out where they bought the list from and I can see why so many of you got multiple copies. But, I only got 3, that I had to search for amongst the weight loss and penis enlargement spams.
Considering everyone in this thread has said nothing but negative comments about the bulk email, there have been a lot of signups in the last few hours and i see many names from this thread in the new account list ...
I'm not going to argue the spam issue, I hate spam of every kind and its a result of many arguments with my Aussie associates. I can't wait for another Paul Vixie to come back and fuck the spammers again. But that's a personal thing, not a business thing ;-)
Mutt, how could I guess that you would have a problem with this? You are one of the regular names that comes up in threads where the australians are being grouped together and trashed. I've got a few questions for you ...
1) Didn't you get in trouble for stealing someone else's photos and posting them in a fashion that led people to believe they were yours?
2) When you sell photo content, do you really ask them how many members they have? i've never heard of anyone else doing that ... as for feeds, if you use more bandwidth than the allocated amount for your member count, you pay more money. DUH. If you have 500 members and an extra 500 swoit members surfing your site, the feeds companies will probably charge you extra for the extra bandwidth. All of my deals with feeds companies are set up this way, they let me know when I have gone up a notch and invoice me accordingly. Its not rocket science.
3) Why is it that you think Swoit is bad for content companies and yet you are a regular at the biggest TGP webmaster board in the industry?

The name "Swoit" is best described vocally, so we'll see if we can't arrange a radio show sometime soon for all of your questions.
Its a shame that so many good questions got lost amongst the bullshit in this thread, especially considering I KNOW that many of you will try the program. But, that's the way GFY has always worked, lots of big dick games and showing off and real business only happens on icq/email.
