PR is simply the quantification of the value of inbound links to a page. no one said you "need" links from pages with pagerank to get "good seo results" - it takes either quantity.. or quality

you showed results where you were on the main page for non competitive phrases and your traffic also reflects that fact.. so again, we both define "good results" quite differently. i fail to see where the "good results" are. I think most here can agree that "good results" in SEO can be measured in ranking for competitive phrases, volume of traffic and sales. pornhub ranking 3 sites in the top 3 spots for all the most competitive phrases = "great results" - ranking a site for "teen sex" at number 1 = "good results" - having 500 - 1000 sites that all rank well for reasonably competitive phrases = "good results"
having a lot of shitty template pages that have nothing on it but 250 outbound links, collectively getting 7k hits a day to your important sites = "shitty results"

a link farm template that's 3 days old with nothing on it but 250 outbound links offers nothing of value to anyone. thats why seo guys aren't beating down your door to buy up everything they can. what you have (and are trying to sell) can be built in an afternoon by a retarded baboon, trained to copy/paste html and ftp the file to the server.
