Take a look at the WHOIS on these SWOIT sites, Hong Kong, Gibraltar - instills alot of confidence.

Anybody know the program 'SharedEarnings.com'? This is who is behind SWOIT.

Please answer the part about leased content, where in any agreement have u seen any language that says 'Please use our content in any manner you see fit, if you can make money renting out our plugin to other parties, knock yourself out, forget that part where we required you to tell us how many members your paysite has. Good luck!' ???
