I personly do not know how long you have been around and really i dont care , but i do know Scott , and i do know how long he has been around and it has been for a while as well , and i would trust and listen to him before i would your burger eating assss
and again why are you feeling you neeed to be the cop here ?
as alway , you seem to want to take things to a board , and that isnt cool , to bad the way you handle the other things in life are not as good as the work you do when you do make content

Aaron was doing a service.. it's not his fault that people feel threatened when they're presented with issues, especially concerning business. All your "friend" would have to do is check into his 2257 complaince issues and it wouldn't be a problem at all. And as for listening to your friend over Aaron's "burger-eating ass", as you so succinctly put it. Umm.. isn't Aaron the one who spoke to a lawyer? I can certainly back him up. I've retained legal council for YEARS that has told me EXACTLY THE SAME THING he is saying. So when your friend passes the bar, let me know eh? I'll ask him what's legal and what isn't. Being around for a long time does NOT guarantee that you know the laws, abide by them, etc. It simply means you've been around for a long time.
Apparently, looking at that list Aaron compiled, SOMEONE has needed to play "cop" for a LONG DAMN TIME. People are putting their futures and the futures of the webmasters who use their services at riskwhen they don't comply with 2257 laws. They may think that nothing is going to happen to them, but eventually, the hammer will fall, and those who don't comply WILL reap the consequences of their negligence.
