come to new orleans, on Bourbon street you can see the same shit every day/night.

Not saying he wasnt on something but that looks like every single drunk ive seen thrown out of a bar down here in new orleans where it is 24 hour drinking... they cant stand up or walk they dont have to be puking.
People try to blame this on "drugs" but more often than not, its legal alcohol.
