Well, I am currently working on this 2257 page for all of the PIBCash sites. I have not had it reviewed by any attorney's yet but I am pretty sure it is safe.
This may be a good option for you. Create one page with all of your providers and simply link it to your sites or galleries. In the case of sponsor content, talk to your sponsor and see what they suggest.

It would not hurt for you to spend a little and get a paid consultation with an Internet attorney. Same goes for pretty much anybody in this business. Not everybody can afford to drop a few grand for a retainer but a couple hundred may keep you out of hot water.
