The site uses SocialEngine with a number of extra plugins installed including: Education, Activity Points, Job Listings, Blogs, Photo Albums, Employment, Gifts, Polls, Events, Groups, Articles, Winks, Classifieds, IM chat. You can go through and change the options for all of these plugins.
Traffic
The site is averaging around 40-50UV per day. I did post a few videos on youtube which has started sending more traffic to the site. Below are some screenshots:

Revenue
Adding ads to the site is very easy. You can easily place ads on the left side, right side, under the top banner, and in the footer. I myself have just been using adsense and the revenue is minimal, not even worth posting.
