Just more rules for American companies to follow. So now when I'm promoting say AWE on my blog & i say "guaranteed to bust a nut"....I have to (A) Have busted a nut to your site (B) Be certain my blog readers will bust a nut (C) Disclose that I am being paid in cash for sending them to AWE.
