I have a question. I have this posted on an AVS site.

All girls herein are 18 years of age or older.
By entering this site you swear that you are of legal age in your area to view adult material and that you wish to view such material.
Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are held by the Webmaster of this site or the sponsors of this site.

I do not know if all sponsors are compliant. They say they are but I do not know this for a fact. So am I protecting myself with the disclaimer or not? If not what do I need to do to protect myself?
