I tend to take my online businesses seriously and don't like to waste my time. There are a few very reutable quality hosts out there that are stable and far more reliable and way better support at still good prices. If you need to use this fdc type of oversold, shitty support junk hosting then you are destined to fail in the long run anyway.
I've tried going to the cheapiest host deal in the past and the results are always the same....it's just not worth it.
