Exercise Advice From Pete The Fly.
The Fly just Icqed this to me a few minutes ago out of the blue.
I found it quite vaulable and thought Id share it with you all in hopes for some feedback..

if u ever go jogging... try a few puffs off a cigar first -- get real relaxed... run real slow -- like in slow motion -- like a bear... u don't have to get out of breath or be like a kid trying to sprint... A couple things to remember -- steady running is for women -- men work in short bursts of energy... but using this cigar effect -- the nicotine allows you to run slow like a bear... visualize your body much larger and more powerful than it is... run like a bear with your arms swinging like huge bear punches --- gradually increase speed until you are tired...
