I am very sorry if I make a bad impression with my attitude, I am trying to be polite, but also I am quite disappointed and I am giving a voice to it.
Maybe you haven't paid for the passes back then... But in real life, if you pay $100 for an advertising service of which the owner changes policy on your expense... I bet you act in a similar way.
