I think every man needs a nice nap after the activities surrounding lunch... After a nice big meal I find a quiet place, light up a cigar, relax with a book... do some thinking and then fall asleep so I am fully charged for the evening... Also this nap helps my muscles recover better so I can run in the morning and the evening if I want to -- and when I go out to party late I'm never too tired -- and I always get up early to get things done... It's a beautiful strategy.
