Maximus, about 6 weeks ago i tried to get a call back from support about something entirely else. i called and left phone messages. i wasn't aware of these problems, and i couldn't even get a call back - in fact, i never did get a call back.
seems to me that in a situation where your company is not paying people, it makes sense that support would be keeping people informed at every turn. as it happened, i had questions of an entirely different nature, and looked elsewhere to do business based solely on a 100% lack of communication
