i agree... all i am saying is that there is an attitude that if "if you dont believe what i think, you are wrong"
this mentality is part of the problem.. when did listening to what others say become unimportant..
the best corporate company i ever worked for used to preach that even the janitor could provide valuable insight and ideas...
every idea and opinion provides valuable insight even if those ideas and opinions differ from what you think is important or things you would personally implement...
