My opinion would be that you don't talk about it at all.
I don't.
My theory is this...why put ideas into the heads of your honest members? The bad ones are going to steal it anyway no matter what you say. But by dangling the idea of it in front of your good members you're tempting them to sprout devils horns. "Educating" people about how this matter isn't good. The ones who want to steal have already "educated" themselves. And the ones who honestly want to be a member of your site have no desire to steal.
