It's not a google bug. Your page is made up entirely of images, the only real text in that page is "y7877777777777777777777777" near the top. That's why it shows as the complete description. It was probably an editing mistake (cat on keyboard? ) that was overlaid by the images, so it's visible only with a non graphical interface like google.

You need to use alt tags for all of your 'text images', or at the least put in a meta description!
