Yo I went and worked in the real world for two years while I finished my degree. I thought the same way; I needed a routine, a structure - some way to root myself into the real world to get that one goal accomplished.
As someone else mentioned I could not relate at all to anyone I worked with. They were all young in mind and there was a quiet distinction between who we were as people. How we thought, how we acted... - from how we approached work itself to how we looked at life.
There is a genuine difference between entrepreneurs and regular people out there in society. I know I couldn't cross that bridge.
Good luck.
