Rose Crans

My best friend completely totalled her car and she asked me if I knew anything about how the insurance company will deal with it/pay her. I don't really know about these things but since it's 1:21am, I thought this would be a good place to ask. Does the insurance company usually just pay blue book or what? Anyone have this experience? She is okay, btw, just because all 4 air bags deployed and she is tuff.
