There was a Sony Cybershot for $130 and a Nikon Coolpix s70 I think for $130 and another one that slips my mind that we really considered somewhere between $130 - $150. I guess I expected more from a Nikon. We bought it at a retail shop, had I looked online I pobably would have read some reviews. Our cap was at $150 for a digicam since we had a ton more shopping to do.
It was for the girlfriend so she wouldn't have to use her cell phone anymore, which oddly is exactly what the reviews I read have said. "Great camera if you are just sick of using your cell phone." Pretty harsh review!
I just had to play with it to see what kind of results I could get out of it. The reviews were detailed, but maybe they didn't have time to experiment with it? |
