Planning a trip in 3 weeks to someplace south.... most likely Cuba or Dominican but could be anyplace south

Any personal experience on the best cities and / or resorts to stay at?

Criteria:
There will be young, single people there
No cockroaches in my room
Price not an issue, but I presume the higher the price, the less likely there is to be young, single people there.
