"Best" is in the eye of the beholder. To me, "best" would fit my personal needs to a T. Liquid Media has Tube, TGP, and Blogging features all combined into one script. Since I use sponsor content for my sites, I simply plug a dump of their entire promo section into the bulk submission feature on LM and let it rip.
