I did get your email that Jay sent over. There is no quick answer to your problem and further research is needed which requires my team. I take all issues seriously and I planned on getting back to you very soon. We do many many private shows every day on the site and have a very high success rate, I will look into your issue as I do all issues and do what I can to try and help resolve it.

Any future issues please feel free to give us a call if we haven't got back to you in a timely manner and you feel the issue is pertinent instead of posting here.
