Thanks for the replies.
I don't have a host, I run dedicated servers and I would hate to put linux just for FMS.
Everything I run is FreeBSD.
This is what I am getting when I try to start.

[root@server1 /usr/local/adobe/fms]# /usr/local/adobe/fms/server restart
getconf: no such configuration parameter `GNU_LIBPTHREAD_VERSION'
/usr/local/adobe/fms/server: ${tmpdir:$...}: Bad substitution
[root@server1 /usr/local/adobe/fms]#

I would atleast like to get it working and test it.
If anyone knows how to fix this issue, please enlighten me
