To make a wordpress theme an "adult" theme, all it really is is just adding a naked chick into the header (that's what most "adult" wordpress themes are, anyways). If you want something that simple, just find a free wordpress design you like the overall look of, and pay someone here to make you a toon that fits in with your chosen design's colors.
