It is encoding to a .avc file actually. And it appears after editing in Vegas, it looks much better. We shall see in a few minutes if I don't fall asleep.

Vegas' deinterlace options are not working.

No, I didnt use any deincerlate settings, it just does that automatically if you resize the movie ..as it cant be resized without deincerlation.

The program encodes in .AVI (xvid codec) , not .avc
