No need to crush their dreams but saying things like that makes "models" think they have chance next time round and they'll keep hitting you up.
Don't forget: this is work, it's a business. You don't always have time to be extremely politicaly correct. Doesn't mean you have to tell her she's dog ugly or anything, but being a bit blunt does pay off.
