Good.. you have to edit the file with your settings to set resolution/bitrate etc. There is a .txt file with url to the documentation, shitload of settings to choose. The program is very fast compared to others. Editing Xvid files is very easy after that, as long as you have the proper codecs installed (ffdshow)
