Anyone know what we aren't doing right?

Hello..
If you want to resize an interlaced movie in any program, it will be deinterlaced automatically. I have a cam that makes .MTS files (50i or 25p) and had problems converting them into some usable format.
Then I found a nice free tool called "MTS 2 XVid" , its very small, fast and easy, you just put all MTS files into its directory and it converts them into XVid with just one click. You can set all parameters (resolution, bitrate..). I resize them from Full HD resolution to 1280x720 and the files are deinterlaced automatically. Then I edit them easily in Adobe Premiere Elements.. Let me know if you cant find this proggy via Google.
