Users from around the world submitted ideas on how to change the world for the better and now they are giving people the chance to vote on those ideas to pick 5 winners. The winning ideas will be given grants totaling 10 Million dollars with Google working with organizations in the 5 areas selected that have an expertise in each particular field.
The ideas you have to choose from are:

10) Make educational content available online for free
11) Build real-time, user-reported news service
12) Create more efficient landmine removal programs
13) Make government more transparent
14) Provide quality education to African students
15) Help social entrepreneurs drive change
16) Create real-time natural crisis tracking system
