well to honest i do not see the point of this debate. She did not make an illegal tube site she made a design the client used it on an illegal tube site. So she is not to blame for this.
You are never accountable for the stuff clients do. If you go to any court would lose just to the fact she has done nothing wrong.
There are lots of people that directly or indirectly support illegal tube site. It is that we can go over the list of people you guys did or do business with that are also involved with illegal tube sites. meaning you would be as guilty as the one you point out to be.
We all know that biggest in this industry make their hands dirty and yes it might be wrong in a way, but so i see all those other big guys not complaining it are just small fish that keep nagging about this topic. If you are really hurt this hard for tubes then do what every one else is doing. Join them and make money in the process.
