happens in bars and clubs all the time. Chicks are always after the guy that isn't interested in them, esp. if you are in a large group of guys, and all the other ones are going after her.
Ohter than that, it's only happened once, in a class in college. I took a class with my friend, and this girl was in his lab group, so they always sat together, and I was always on the other side of him. She ending up getting a crush on me and asked me out to coffee.
We ended up dating for a few months.
