ProBilling offers 900Pay at 19.5%. We have a 10% reserve held for only 6 months from the transaction date. We pay out all 900pay transactions weekly, included with regular payouts, sent every Thursday from the pay period ending the previous Saturday at midnight. That's only a 5 day hold !
