this another program is not alone who doesn't like new affiliates ;) i know one program with world famous softcore site which looks to my affiliate application last 18 month or so, and they still not sure i good or not enough for them ;)
20% revshare in 2009, hmmmm, why not 5 or 7 ? or 1-3 month free test how you good ?) ask them work for free few month, why not ;)
probably your competitors will be happy with new links to their sites from your potential affiliates ;)
