whatever, I agree the guy was a moron. He endangered his life, and the lives of fireman when he did that. It worked out, thank god, but what if it hadn't?
What if we were reading the story about the guy that broke in to his burning apartment to save his dog, started a backdraft, killing himself and 3 firefighters?
I doubt we'd be calling him a hero then.
