Well duh, they are doing 1:500 with 30% more revenue right now.. you take away 30% of my paycheque and i'm looking for another employer... it's that simple.
But like others have said it your business. Good luck with it. When everyone is paying 20% like you claim they will be, then i'll sing a different tune, until then... enjoy
