I am looking for a double-opt email script that tracks the surfers IP address so they do not try to use multiple emails per day. But each day they can enter their email again...
So basically a script that will allow the surfer to enter their email once every 24 hours to better their chances in a drawing...
It must use MySQL on a Unix Server
Please let me know where I can get this program cheap and quick
