I see your point. I also go out of my way to protect the identity of the models I shoot, although I think I would comply with a legitimate request from an ISPS.
However, I don't blame you for your suspicion about a Tech Support dude requesting ID info on two models whom on first glance appear 18+, especially when they have similar features.
Hopefully you two can work it out...
