I have a process. I know only 1 in 10 will end up working for me.
1. I post ad.
2. They reply.
3. I send them a standard reply. It has links to site, and blog explaining ii in detail.
4. They write back. I send them a very graphic standard reply. Going into more detail.
Those who reply AFTER that. I interview.
No matter what they ask me, or include, in their first two e-mails. They get the stadard reply. If they write me back immediate after I send a reply. I write them back a 1 word answer, "Read". Since I know they didn't and are asking me questions that will be answered if they read the sites.
Once you get in your mind only 1 in 10 will work for you, and most are a waste of your time, it makes it sooooooooooooooo much easier.
