Oh... "Visa required it" they can say. BULL FUCKING SHIT. These companies use Visa as an excuse so much it makes my head hurt. How can Visa not approve something with Epoch or CCbill, but will approve it if you have your own merchant account? Either you use Visa or you don't. It's all 100% grade-a bullshit.
