I signed away those rights when you joined, typically. It is not a 2257 issue. It is a T.O.S. issue of compliance.

I don't have access to that contract to see if that's the case or not. It very well may be, and if so, then I will just have to not use them.
Though, after reading all of these posts, the fact that they will take an ID, with EVERYTHING but the DOB and photo blacked out, then WHAT IS THE FUCKING POINT? I can photoshop that shit in 2 minutes, and where does that leave them? How does that protect them, when they have a blacked out ID with a girls photo that doesn't even look like her, and a DOB? Again, it's all bullshit. I know it, you know it, they know it. What will anyone gain from that ID, should I even give it to them? What's the point?
