when i lived in canada i had this buddy who worked in china about 4 months out of the year back when oil was high (still is actually) and he's one rich old dude, does hydrostatic testing for gas pipelines etc. china paid him VERY well, more than he would make in canada so there is big money there if u bring a skill they need
