The property manager at our last place (before we built our first home) never once visited in the 10 months we were renting. She sent an email around halfway about organising an appointment for an inspection but I forgot about it, and apparently so did she.
Real estate agents hate rentals... I'm trying to figure out some issues with a place I want to lease but the agent is a flake, probably because it's so cheap (few thousand per annum) and his management percentage cut would be miniscule. I'm almost at the point where I'm going to contact the owner directly and tell them the agent is wasting my time, and blowing off owner income by stuffing around potential tenants.
